Welcome to Carey's Hope
Imagine how you would feel being told you have a fatal illness for which there is no cure and no medication to slow its progression. Imagine hearing you may only have another 3-5 years to live. In January 2010, Carey Hall heard these very words and the battle of living with ALS became a reality for him and his family. This website is dedicated to Carey and has been created to share his HOPE - HOPE for a cure....HOPE for a useful medication....HOPE to bring awareness to ALS and its devastation.
We pray you join us in our effort to shed light on this cruel disease, provide support for the Hall family, and spread Carey's Hope of a better future for those living with ALS. We appreciate your contributions to this cause. Please do what you can to help out a great guy!
2012 Walk to Defeat ALS - Team Carey's Hope!
The
Carey's Hope team is officially registered for the 2012 Walk to Defeat
ALS scheduled for September 22, 2012 at White River State Park. We hope
to see everyone from last year, as well as have many more join our team
this year to help us win the fight against ALS! As a team, we can make
an even bigger difference and show our support for Carey.
To become a member, please register at www.walktodefeatals.org and
choose Indiana from the dropdown ist. Choose the Indianapolis Walk and
click on Register, click Join A Team, and click the black box at the
bottom of the page that says "Search For a Team". Carey's Hope will
appear in the list. Choose "Join" located to the right of our team name
and complete your registration. Simple as that!
Let's walk together and get as many donations as we can to spread our
message of HOPE. If you would like your donations to go directly to the
Hall Family, please make checks payable to "For the Benefit of Carey
Hall" and put ALS Walk in the memo. Please send donations to Jamie
Speck at 304 Legacy Blvd, Greenwood, IN 46143. Or visit our Donations page the site.
