Carey's Hope News Hello Team Carey's Hope! The walk is a little less than two weeks away & I hope everyone is still working hard to recruit team members & collect donations. Please see below for a few announcements/reminders: 1. Official Registration - Please remember you have not officially registered for the walk by accepting the Facebook invite. Official registration to become a member of Team Carey's Hope is done by going to www.walktodefeatals.org. First, choose Indiana from the dropdown list. Choose the Indianapolis Walk, click on Register, click Join A Team, and click the black box at the bottom of the page that says "Search For a Team". Carey's Hope will appear in the list. Choose "Join" located to the right of our team name and complete your registration. 2. Date/Time - The walk is Saturday, Sept. 24th at White River State Park. Registration & Festivities begin @ 10:00AM. The walk begins @ 12:00PM. We'll arrive between 10:30AM - 11:00AM. 3. Donations - If you would like the donations you collect to go directly to the Hall family, please have donations made payable to "For the Benefit of Carey Hall" and put ALS Walk in the memo. Donations for the Hall Family can also be made via PayPal on the "Donations" page. When confirming your donation amount, please note "ALS Walk" in the +Add Special Instructions to the Seller box. Cash donations will go directly to the Hall Family. 08/28/11

In case you missed it this morning, Channel 6 news will be re-airing a feature story between 5:00PM & 6:00PM tonight about Sarah Fisher living generously & her support for Carey & Carla, & promoting ALS awareness. We love you Sarah & congratulations on your beautiful baby girl!
2011 ALS Walk Success -
The 2011 ALS walk was a great success! Team Carey's Hope raised close to $3000 for the ALS association and family benefit fund! We couldn't have done it without our family & friends! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

2011 Walk to Defeat ALS - Team Carey's Hope!
The Carey's Hope team is officially registered for the 2011 Walk to Defeat ALS scheduled for September 24, 2011 at White River State Park. We hope to see everyone from last year, as well as have many more join our team this year to help us win the fight against ALS! As a team, we can make an even bigger difference and show our support for Carey!

Welcome to Carey's Hope
Imagine how you would feel being told you have a fatal illness for which there is no cure and no medication to slow its progression. Imagine hearing you may only have another 3-5 years to live. In January 2010, Carey Hall heard these very words and the battle of living with ALS became a reality for him and his family. This website is dedicated to Carey and has been created to share his HOPE - HOPE for a cure....HOPE for a useful medication....HOPE to bring awareness to ALS and its devastation.
We pray you join us in our effort to shed light on this cruel disease, provide support for the Hall family, and spread Carey's Hope of a better future for those living with ALS. We appreciate your contributions to this cause. Please do what you can to help out a great guy!
